Rev.Blanchard is a Certified Ordained Minister and is certified in all 50 states from blessings of Marriage's,Funerals' and Baptisms' for over 26 years.Divinity Ministries also performs Same Sex Marriages with a certified Marriage License filed in that parish are county .Changing your life is never to late supporting and encouraging people who has been given a second chance is what great people do.
